Chi for Caring is a method of movement for anyone who wants to improve their, their client’s, or their loved one’s balance and mobility, specifically caregivers (professional or family), seniors, and non-senior individuals.

Tang Soo Do
The martial arts studio in Stroudsburg, PA is a certified World Tang Soo Do Association (WTSDA) member, specializing in Tang Soo Do (Korean karate) and providing traditional training for adults and youth. Participation in classes prepares youth and adults to face daily challenges with confidence, focus and a positive outlook through physical and mental training.
